Report on the interleague match between Weston Central and Highbridge and District league played at the Lighthouse, Burnham on Saturday 23rd February.

The Central team started brightly and were ahead at the half way stage by 19 pins but a marvelous 6 spare hand down of 148 by the home team put them ahead by 10 pins and although Central tried they ended the game with a 35 pin deficit to pull back on the return leg.This will be played at Stotties on the 15th March.

Scores of note for the home team: Lee 4 spares (22)- 93, Keith H 4 spares-85 and for the central team J Bastin 4 spares for 91, I Thompson 4 spares for 89 and L Stoker 3 spares (25) for 85. Well Done.
